Failed Attempt

Darryl and I had planned to head up to the cabin just for the evening to install the shower glass now that it is all ready. Our 3pm departure time ended up after 6 as various work commitments got in the way. We were going up on Darryl’s boat and he has just got it back after a 6 month repair hiatus so this was really his first sea trial. After getting the glass, all our tools and fuel loaded in the boat, we headed out under the Lions Gate bridge in the dark. We didn’t get very far before we noticed problems with various electrical components and once we lost control over the leg trim we had to turn back. Bummer.
